Select a county to get property Tax Information

Please fill out the loan application
Copies of last 2 years W2’s
Copies of last 2 years tax returns (personal and corporate), all pages and schedules are needed
Last 2 paystubs
Last 3 month’s bank statements (all pages/all accounts including retirement). Must be a copy of the statement (not online transaction history)
Copy of driver’s license and social security card (Patriot Act). If you do not have, you can go to SSA office and they will print you a receipt when you apply for a new card, please provide the receipt
Name, phone number and email address of your Realtor (if applicable)
Copy of the MLS Listing and contract for the property you are interested in (if applicable)
Copies of any court ordered payments (Alimony /Child Support)
If you currently own properties, please provide a copy of the leases (rental properties), current mortgage statement, insurance bill and most recent property tax bill.

Our secure server will not allow us to print these pages (TIF, Microsoft Picture Viewer). Please create one PDF file or label each PDF if sent separately (W2’s, tax returns, etc.)
